How to order:
- Choose your package: mixed bagel dozens, schmear trios, veggie platters, and add-ons.
- Pick a pickup time: we recommend 20–30 minutes before guests arrive for peak freshness.
- Add notes: label requests (GF/Vegan), pre-sliced, hinged, or whole.
Lead times:
- Small (up to 12 people): 24 hours’ notice is ideal.
- Medium (13–30): 48 hours.
- Larger events: 72 hours so we can bake to your needs.
Portions that work:
- Breakfast: 1 bagel per person + 20%.
- Mid-meeting: 1 bagel per 1.5 people (many take halves).
- Schmears: 1 tub per 6–8 bagels.
- Veggie tray: 1 tray per 12–15 people.
Dietary inclusion:
- Vegan schmears (lemon-herb, scallion) and hummus.
- Gluten-free bagels baked on dedicated trays—packed separately and labeled.
- Seed-free or no-onion requests? Add a note.
Pickup flow (local pickup only):
- We stage your order in clearly labeled boxes with utensils, napkins, and serving tongs on request.
- Running tight on time? Call the shop when you’re 5 minutes out; we’ll bring it to the counter for a fast handoff.
Presentation boost:
- Transfer schmears to small bowls, add dill and lemon wedges.
- Fan bagel halves in arcs; keep GF on a separate parchment-lined plate.
