How It Works?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent when you order in-store (scan app or give phone #), in the Go Bagels app, or when logged in on the website.

Redeem easily: Apply rewards in-app at checkout or ask a cashier to redeem in-store.
Track progress: See points, available rewards, and history in the Loyalty tab of the app or My Account → Loyalty on the website.
Note: Points post within ~24 hours. Taxes, tips, discounts, applicable fees, and gift card purchases don’t earn points. Third-party marketplaces (e.g., UberEats) don’t earn points unless you order through the Go Bagels app with delivery selected there. One reward per order; some rewards have expiration dates. (Details reflected in the app’s Loyalty section.)

In-Store:
Open the app → Loyalty → Scan Loyalty Card. Let the cashier scan, or give your phone number.
In-App:
Points add automatically; at checkout tap Apply Rewards to use one.
On the Website:
Log in (top-right) before ordering; points and rewards will sync to your account.
Forgot to scan?
Email your receipt within 7 days to rewards@gobagels.com and we’ll add the points.

When will I see my points?
Within about 24 hours of your purchase.
Do third-party apps earn points?
Orders placed directly in the Go Bagels app or website do; orders placed inside third-party apps do not. App-based delivery through our app does earn points.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
One reward per order.
Do rewards expire?
Some rewards do; expiry is shown next to each reward in your app.
Where can I see my history?
App → Loyalty → View details; on web → My Account → Loyalty.
Points are awarded on the pre-tax subtotal and exclude tax, tip, discounts, applicable fees, and gift cards. Points typically post within 24 hours. Rewards may expire; see each reward for details. One reward per order. Program items and tiers may change; the app shows current availability. For missing points, contact rewards@gobagels.com within 7 days with your receipt.
